6. [About Installation ]You'd better to use an anti-static tool when your are dealing with the internal laptop parts. After installing the keyboard, you need to update the driver for your keyboard probably.

If some keys don't work after installed, this is not because keyboard is defective but you don't connect well the ribbon cable of our keyboard with your laptop, please try to reconnect more times. In addition, please clean the keyboard connector base on the motherboard and keyboard cable before you install it. Many customers solve this problem after did this.
Shipping Information
1. Please pay attention to the tracking information from time to time and pick up the parcel from local post office when necessary, or the parcel will be returned or get lost.
2. Parcels might be delivered to your mailbox, lawns, doorway or corridor, even neighborhood Sometimes.
